How to reach the 1v1ChatMatch team: one inbox, what to include in your message, how fast we reply, what we can help with, and what we honestly cannot do.

One address for everything

The whole operation runs through a single inbox: [email protected]. Account questions, billing, bug reports, safety concerns, deletion requests, press, partnership ideas — all of it lands in the same place, and a human on the team reads every message. There is no phone line and no chat bot pretending to be one. Writing to the inbox is the fastest route to an actual answer, and it is free.

What to put in your message

The more specific you are, the faster we can help. Tell us what happened, roughly when it happened (with your time zone), what device and browser you were using, and what you expected to see instead. For anything visual, a screenshot is worth three paragraphs. For a billing question, the approximate time and amount is enough — never send full card numbers, passwords, or verification codes, because we will never ask for them.

How fast we reply

Safety reports come first. Anything involving minors, threats, or scams moves to the front of the queue and is typically handled within a day. General questions — accounts, coins, bugs, feedback — usually get an answer within one to three business days. Weekends and holidays stretch that slightly. If a week passes with no reply, write again; messages do occasionally get eaten by spam filters on the way in.

What we can help with

Account access and sign-in problems. Questions about coins, balances, and charges — including refund requests where the law provides for them. Bug reports, which genuinely get read by the people who fix things. Deleting your account and its stored data. Clarifying any rule in the Community Guidelines or any clause in the Terms of Service. Appealing a moderation action you believe was a mistake. And general feedback — the kind that tells us what to build or fix next.

What we honestly cannot do

We cannot reconnect you with a match you skipped or lost — matches are random and anonymous by design, and there is no directory to look anyone up in. We cannot share another user's personal information with you, ever. We cannot investigate things that happened on other platforms. And we cannot mediate every personal dispute between users beyond enforcing our own rules — some conversations simply end with a block, and that is the system working as intended.

Safety and legal matters

If you encounter anything involving a possible minor, an imminent threat, or illegal content, report it inside the product immediately and email us as well — those reports override everything else in the queue. We cooperate with law enforcement through proper legal channels. If you are an officer or attorney with a request, the same inbox reaches the right people; identify your agency or firm and the matter clearly.

Writing a good bug report

If you are reporting something broken, three details turn a shrug into a fix. First, what you did, step by step — 'I opened the site, tapped Start Matching, allowed the camera, and the screen stayed black.' Second, what you saw versus what you expected. Third, the environment: device, operating system, browser and version, and whether a VPN or an ad blocker was running. Screenshots or a short screen recording help enormously for anything visual. Send that and there is a real chance the next reply is 'fixed, try again' rather than another round of questions.

Press and business

Journalists, researchers, and potential partners: the same [email protected] address works, with a subject line that says Press or Business so it routes correctly. We are a small team, so a clear two-sentence pitch gets a faster answer than a deck. Everything official about the service is published on 1v1chatmatch.com — if you see claims about us elsewhere, check here first or ask.

One warning worth reading

Replies from us only ever come from an address ending in @1v1chatmatch.com. Anyone claiming to be 1v1ChatMatch support from a different domain, anyone asking for your password, your full card number, or a payment to unlock an account, is an impostor. Real support never asks for those. When in doubt, forward the message to [email protected] and we will confirm whether it was us.
