The agreement
These terms govern your use of 1v1chatmatch.com and the 1v1ChatMatch service. By opening the site and using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, the correct move is simple: close the tab. We have written this page in ordinary English on purpose, because an agreement nobody reads protects nobody. Where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be signed away, those rights stand regardless of anything written here.
Adults only
1v1ChatMatch is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or older where your local age of majority is higher — to use the service. An age gate stands before matching begins, and by passing it you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that someone under 18 is using the service, the account is removed immediately. If you believe a minor is on the platform, report it at once through any call or through [email protected].
What the service is — and is not
1v1ChatMatch is a browser-based 1v1 video chat matching service. Tap once and the matchmaker pairs you with one real person for a private conversation: random one-on-one video matching, private 1v1 video and voice calls, text chat, and a page where you can browse who is online. That is the whole product. There are no group rooms and no public broadcasts. There is no compatibility score and no personality algorithm quietly ranking you. There are no gender filters and no dating profiles to maintain. We introduce nobody — we open a private channel between two people, and what happens in the conversation belongs to them.
Free to start, and how coins work
The service is free to start: your first matches come free, with no card details and no registration wall. Longer sessions may use coins, a virtual balance you can buy inside the product. The price of anything that costs coins is shown before you are charged, and nothing charges you silently. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and are not refundable except where the law says otherwise. We do not claim the service is free forever, and any page on this site that says free means free to start. Practical questions about balances and charges are answered in the Help Center.
Your conduct
By using 1v1ChatMatch you agree to follow the Community Guidelines. The short version: no minors, no explicit content on camera, no harassment, no scams or money requests, no recording or exposing the person you are matched with, and no spam. These are not decorative rules. Breaking them can end your access to the service, and serious violations end it without warning.
Conversations belong to the people in them
Matches are made between users, not between you and us. Anything another user says, shows, or promises is their responsibility, not ours. We do not verify the identity, intentions, or honesty of the people you meet, and nothing on 1v1ChatMatch is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Treat every conversation with the same good sense you would use meeting a stranger anywhere else, and read our Safety Tips before your first call.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep 1v1ChatMatch online around the clock, but the service is provided as is. Maintenance, updates, and ordinary technical failures can interrupt it, and features may change over time. We may add, adjust, or retire parts of the product, and we may change these terms; when we do, the updated version is posted on this page with a fresh date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
Suspension and termination
We can suspend or permanently remove access for anyone who breaks these terms or the community guidelines, with or without warning, and we will — particularly for violations involving minors, scams, or explicit content. Creating new accounts to dodge a ban is itself a bannable offense. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account data through the Contact Us page.
Liability, kept honest
To the maximum extent the law allows, 1v1ChatMatch is not liable for the conduct of its users, for the content of conversations, or for indirect losses that follow from using or being unable to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the period the law specifies. Nothing in this section removes rights that consumer law in your country guarantees you.
Questions about these terms
If any clause here is unclear, ask before you assume. Email [email protected] with the subject line Terms, and the team that runs 1v1ChatMatch will explain what we mean in the same plain language this page is written in.
